Diploma of Project Management
This application lets you work out what your course fees will be for the Diploma of Project Management course. This works for both online and on-campus (Melbourne) course fees.
The Diploma of Project Management covers the following subjects – managing people performance, project scope, project time, project quality, project cost, project human resources, project information and communication, project risk and project integration.
You will also become familiar with how to lead innovation by example, establish work practices that support innovation, promote innovation, create a physical environment which supports innovation and provide learning opportunities.
The Diploma of Leadership and Management will also teach out how to manage risks – from accessing information and data on WHS hazards and risk management, prepare to manage WHS risks and develop and implement WHS risk-management processes.
If you want to be a Project Manager, it is very important that you know how to plan information and communication processes, implement project information and communication processes, and access information and communication outcomes. With a slack communication strategy and plan in place, the project will be riddled with problems and errors which makes it crucial for a skilled Project Manager to have the right approach and communications plan in place.
In the project management course, you will also have the opportunity to refine your people relations and performance skills. You get to learn how to establish team performance plans, develop and facilitate team cohesion, facilitate teamwork, liaise with stakeholders, manage team performance, plan human resources relevant to projects, implement project personnel training and development, lead project team and finalise human resource activities related to projects.
